Sellers Home Inspection

A sellers home inspection is also know as a pre-listing home inspection. Our Pre-Listing inspection service includes everything that comes with the Buyer’s Inspection. The only difference is that you’ll be able to use this information to get your home market ready. Use your advantage to repair or disclose the pertinent information, and you’ll have a much easier time selling! During this inspection, we will be looking for specific things related to the following areas:

New Construction Inspection

Keep your New Construction home on track with this inspection service. We’ll visit the site multiple times to look at the progress of the construction and report back. Finding any issues early will make them much easier to repair. When it comes to New Construction, your lender is most likely going to want proof that everything is on track. To that end, we offer our Loan Draw Inspection service. New Construction Inspections also apply to new and fully finished homes, in which we can inspect the final product for you before you ever purchase. We will visit the property during the construction to make sure that everything is on-time and on-budget.

11th-month

11th Month Inspection

Your Builder’s Warranty will most likely expire after one year. To ensure you get the most out of it, we encourage you to sign up for an 11-Month inspection service. We will look at all the areas under your warranty to determine if any of them require a claim.
